By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Use set out below.

2. Privacy at a glance

  • We collect only what we need to call you at the time you choose: your name, your phone number, and your scheduling selection.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
  • We do not add you to marketing lists or share your number with lead buyers or "matching" services.

  • You can opt out of messages at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information.

This summary is provided for convenience. The full sections below control if there is any conflict.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you schedule a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, phone number, and the date and time you select. You may also choose to share an email address or notes about what you want to discuss.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This information is used in aggregate to keep the Site secure and to understand how it is used.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for or store sensitive personal information through the Site, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or detailed medical records. Any information needed to apply for a specific plan is collected separately, only with your consent, at the point of enrollment.

4. How we use your information

  • To place the single phone call you scheduled, at the time you chose.
  • To send you a confirmation and a reminder for that appointment.
  • To answer your questions and, only if you ask, to help you compare or enroll in a plan.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our terms.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

5. Text messaging (SMS) terms

When you schedule a call and provide your mobile number, you agree that we may send you text messages related to that appointment, such as a confirmation and a reminder. This is transactional messaging tied to a request you made.

  • Consent: Providing your number and scheduling a call is your express consent to receive appointment related text messages from ClearCall Health. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency is limited and tied to your appointment. You should not expect recurring marketing texts.
  • Opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will not send you further messages except to confirm your opt out.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in the "How to contact us" section.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging providers that help us deliver the messages you requested.

6. How we share information

We share information only in the limited ways described here:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Services, such as our scheduling provider, our messaging provider, and our website host. These vendors process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.
  • Insurance carriers, with your direction. If, and only if, you decide to apply for a plan, we share the information needed to process that application with the relevant carrier, with your consent.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClearCall Health, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfer. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

7. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with lead buyers, lead aggregators, partner networks, or "matching" services. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, such as completing your scheduled call and meeting recordkeeping or legal requirements that apply to licensed insurance professionals. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de identify it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected and how we use it.
  • Request a copy of your personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share your information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
